Vivantes Wenckebach Hospital

The Vivantes Wenckebach Hospital comprises 5 medical departments, 1 rescue center and 437 beds. Approx. 21,000 patients are being annually treated, i.e. around 11,000 outpatients and around 10,000 inpatients. 95 physicians and 281 members of nursing staff take care of the patients. All in all 522 members of staff are working at the Hospital. The Vivantes Wenckebach Hospital is an academic teaching hospital of the Charité – University Medicine Berlin. The Hospital includes among other things a Center for Geriatric Medicine, the Oncological Center South and a Center for Gerontopsychiatry.
