Vivantes Hospital in Friedrichshain – Prenzlauer Berg

The Vivantes Hospital in Friedrichshain/ location Prenzlauer Berg comprises 4 medical departments and 146 beds. Approx. 15,000 patients are being annually treated, i.e. around 9,000 outpatients and around 6,000 inpatients. 44 physicians and 96 members of nursing staff take care of the patients. All in all 206 members of staff are working at the Hospital. The Vivantes Hospital Prenzlauer Berg is an academic teaching hospital of the Charité – University Medicine Berlin. The Hospital includes among other things the Oncological Center Mitte, a Center for Minimally Invasive Surgery and the Center for Foot Surgery.
